- October: 13 and 14 (Saturday, Sunday); 26, 27 and 26 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- November: 6 and 7 (Tuesday and Wednesday); 20 and 21 (Tuesday and Wednesday).
- December: 1 and 2 (Saturday and Sunday), 14.15 and 16 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
You will find yoga nidra (relaxation, relaxation to the sounds of Tibetan bowls and the moon drum), yoga-laughter (yoga for stress relief), Himalayan yoga for a harmonious state and other useful training. Classes do not require special physical training and are available to people of any age.
