Health is a very relative characteristic that determines the quality and comfort of our lives. Increasingly, people pin their hopes and responsibility for health on doctors, which is the main problem, because our health is in our hands! Doctors in most cases only struggle with the consequences of a wrong lifestyle. One of the tools for maintaining health at an acceptable level is fitness gymnastics.

Training at the Medical & Spa Resort Alfa Radon

Recreational gymnastics is a training system aimed at the general strengthening of the body, the formation of correct posture and arch of the foot, recovery in general. The training program in our sanatorium includes exercise therapy, Pilates, hatha yoga, joint gymnastics, breathing practices.

Classes are usually held with musical accompaniment and consist of three main parts: warm-up, basic training movements, and hitch. This approach minimizes the risk of injury and allows you to remove health restrictions.

Another important point. In our Medical & Spa Resort “Alpha Radon” there are several specialists who conduct exercises in fitness gymnastics in an individual manner, with their sets of exercises, which allows you to select the load and format of training for each guest.

At the time of writing this article (04/25/2019), two daily workouts are held in the sanatorium, the duration of each is 40 minutes:

  • 10.00 – 10.40
  • 16.30 – 17.10

It is better to come to the training in sportswear, which will allow you to perform movements as technically as possible.

Minimal self-control is also necessary: ​​it is necessary to monitor your pressure since the load has a direct effect on it, it is impossible to train in the background of illness or pain, as well as in the inflammatory process in the joints.
You should always alert the instructor about health problems before training. Shyness is inappropriate here! To keep quiet about the problem is to put your own health at risk.
